  • Use of the Library, adjoining Terrace, Lawn and Ballroom

Chairs: We invite you to rent our beautiful ballroom chairs for $4.00 per chair. These chairs are for indoor use only and will be coordinated through your caterer

Valet Parking: Valet is required at the estate for all events over 75 people. Rates start at $600 and depend upon your guest count

** These rates do not include tables or chairs. Our exclusive caterers will coordinate your party rental needs. These rental fees include the use of the space and an Estate liaison responsible for opening and closing the Estate and handling any Estate-related question or issues should they arise
